This group is led by Sarah Money, MS, RDN, LD, and provides support to help you achieve and maintain your weight management goals. Meetings include:
- Confidential weigh-ins
- Group discussion led by a clinical dietitian
- Recipe sharing
- Food diaries are encouraged
