This group is led by Sarah Money, MS, RDN, LD, and provides support to help you achieve and maintain your weight management goals. Meetings include:

  • Confidential weigh-ins
  • Group discussion led by a clinical dietitian
  • Recipe sharing
  • Food diaries are encouraged
