Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center is excited to celebrate National Women's Health & Fitness Day on Wednesday, September 28!

National Women's Health & Fitness Day focuses attention on the importance of regular physical activity and health awareness for women. What’s more fun than taking control of your health and wellness? Doing it with a friend! Grab a friend and hold each other accountable on Wednesday, September 28 by attending one of our group exercise classes or simply getting in a workout.

In honor of National Women's Health & Fitness Day, all members in good standing are encouraged to bring one guest to the HFC on Wednesday, September 28! It can be anyone that will either help keep you motivated and accountable, or maybe you will inspire someone to start focusing on their health and fitness.

Bringing your guest is easy! Simply stop by the front desk and have your guest complete a waiver and present a valid ID. Guests under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or legal guardian sign their waiver.

We are offering two pop-up classes in celebration of National Women's Health & Fitness Day, in addition to our regular lineup of group exercise and aquatic group classes!

Pop-up | Mindful Pilates with Audrey Taylor | 10:00 am
This 45-minute matwork Pilates class is a core centered, feel-good stretch format that includes relaxation, flexibility, and mind-body balance.

Pop-up | Girl POWER Indoor Cycling with Amanda Castillo | 5:15 pm
This 45-minute ride will celebrate girl power and the many achievements in women’s health and fitness including the first female marathon runner, Katherine Switzer!
