Kids in the Kitchen

This interactive, kid-friendly nutrition class is designed to teach children ages 4 to 12 how to help their parents prepare meals. When kids are involved in cooking they are more likely to each the foods provided. The class is taught by Sarah Money, MS, RDN, LD. Check back for future dates!

Kids on the Move

Kids on the Move is a free and fun fitness class for members ages 6 - 11. The class is offered on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30 p.m. during the school year. KOM is on a break for the holidays and will return January 6.

Kids Run Arkansas

Kids Run Arkansas® had a another great year with kiddos from 43 different schools and four different counties in attendance! A total of 1,007 participated in the 11th Annual Kids Run Arkansas, presented by Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center. Groovy Smiles Pediatric Dentistry was again the title sponsor. Each year, the schools with the highest percentage of participation are awarded scholarships for their physical education programs. This year’s scholarships totaled $8,000.

Kids Triathlon Training Camp

Our Kids Triathlon Training Camp prepares your child to successfully race the Conway Kids Triathlon each August. This fun and interactive camp involves sport specific training, but also focuses on helping your child practice the swim to bike and bike to run transitions under the supervision of USA Triathlete team member and Conway Regional Fitness Specialist, Erika Setzler.

Youth Fitness Camp

This fun and exciting summer camp offers a variety of activities, sports and nutritional components to both challenge and excite the participants. It is an all inclusive, fun experience where kids will get fitter, faster, stronger and learn how to live healthier lifestyles! Each day kids will explore different physical activities that will test their coordination, improve their balance, increase their endurance and most importantly—show them fitness is fun!
