We are pleased to continue to offer Group Exercise classes, while adhering to not only social distancing standards – but also fitness distancing standards of 12 feet while exercising. Our goal is to offer a safe and welcoming return for you and your family. We know that many of you are looking forward to your favorite classes returning, and a fuller schedule, but this will take time. We are excited to add five classes to the schedule this month! As more members return to the facility, we will continue to expand our class offerings. As a safety precaution, we will continue to limit classes that use equipment, other than spin bikes that can easily be cleaned and monitored. We look forward to offering more options to our members in October. Members will need to bring their own mat.

All of our instructors are trained and nationally certified and stay up to date on the latest fitness trends to provide the most innovative and motivating class formats.

Group fitness classes and instructors are subject to change. Last minute cancellations may occur due to unavoidable circumstances.

Class Descriptions

Acceleration: Channel your inner athlete in this bodyweight class designed to improve strength, speed, agility and power! Push your limits and accelerate in this all-out format that combines intervals of cardio with strength | 45 min format.

Barre | Bodyweight: This class combines yoga, Pilates, strength training & ballet (don’t let this scare you!) that incorporates specific sequencing patterns and isometric movements that target distinct muscle groups | 45 min format.

Bike then Barre: Experience a 40 minute challenging ride, followed by a 10 minute Barre finisher series for your lower body using the bike as your barre! | 50 min format.

Core: 25 minutes of core work (abdominals, low back and high glute strengthening moves).

HIIT + Stretch | Bodyweight: Anything goes in this class designed to use your bodyweight to challenge you with various timed intervals, followed by some great stretching! | 40 min format.

Indoor Cycle: Put the pedals to the metal in this fast-paced workout taught on a stationary bike. You’ll climb, sprint, and train to incredible music! | 45 min format.

Kickboxing: Get ready for a great cardio workout featuring jabs, kicks and more! | 40 min format.

Outdoor Boot Camp: Get outside and sweat in the class that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training. Anything goes in this class! This group will meet in the south parking lot. Members are required to scan in at the front desk before participating in class. | 45 min format.

Pilates: This class is designed to strengthen & tone the core of the body while also improving flexibility | 45 min format.

Power Push | Bodyweight: Work up a sweat with this effective calorie-burning combo utilizing bodyweight! A 30 minute fast-paced class designed to engage all muscle groups. Minimal rest, all out effort. | 30 min format.

SilverSneakers® Movement: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living. *No chairs or equipment will be used, only bodyweight | 30 min format.

Unwind Yoga: Come ready to unwind your mind, body and spirit in this gentle, restorative style yoga format. All levels encouraged | 45 min format.

Zumba®: This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will get you moving! Pace | 45 min format.
