We are pleased to continue to offer Group Exercise classes, while adhering to not only social distancing standards – but also fitness distancing standards of 12 feet while exercising. Our goal is to offer a safe and welcoming return for you and your family. We know that many of you are looking forward to your favorite classes returning, and a fuller schedule, but this will take time. As more members return to the facility, we will be able to expand our class offerings. As a safety precaution, we will continue to limit classes that use equipment, other than spin bikes that can easily be cleaned and monitored. We look forward to offering more options to our members in August and September.

The July Group Exercise Schedule offers Indoor Cycling, Pilates, Zumba, Yoga and Bodyweight/HIIT and Barre. Floor markers are placed in the Group Exercise Studio and spin bikes are setup 12 ft by 12 ft on the court. Members will need to bring their own mat.

All of our instructors are trained and nationally certified and stay up to date on the latest fitness trends to provide the most innovative and motivating class formats.

Group fitness classes and instructors are subject to change. Last minute cancellations may occur due to unavoidable circumstances.

Class Descriptions

Barre: This class combines yoga, Pilates, strength training & ballet (don’t let this scare you!) that incorporates specific sequencing patterns and isometric movements that target distinct muscle groups | 45 min format.

Bodyweight/HIIT: This high intensity interval training class pushes you to the max using your bodyweight! From tabatas to pushups, this workout features a variety HIIT techniques. All out work efforts are alternated with brief recovery periods | 45 minute format.

Core Strength: 25 minutes of abdominal & back work.

Indoor Cycle: 45 minute challenge for the body, ride for the mind & celebration for the soul.

Pilates: This class is designed to strengthen & tone the core of the body while also improving flexibility | 45 min format.

Unwind Yoga: Come ready to unwind your mind, body and spirit in this gentle, restorative style yoga format. All levels encouraged | 45 min format.

Zumba®: This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will get you moving! Pace | 45 min format.
