We have a NEW private personal training studio now available at the fitness center. The studio offers a more private, one on one workout experience with a trainer.

Packages & Terms
Personal training is available for members and non-members as well as for individuals, partners and small groups. We have variety of 30 and 60 minute packages to choose from as well as our discounted FireStarter package for new members. Sessions expire 6 months from the date of use of the first session and members must provide a 12-hour notice for cancellation or the session will be forfeited.

Noah Bandy

Noah believes in a well-rounded and holistic approach to exercise. He is excited to help each person find a way to incorporate fitness into their lifestyle. Noah has competitive experience in swimming, triathlon and cycling. Whether your interest is in weight training or endurance activities, Noah is excited to help each individual reach their goals.
Chris Brynell

Kristina has been involved in sports throughout her life, and this is what drove her passion for health and fitness. She is currently a rugby player and has played in the Little Rock Rugby Club for 7 ½ years. She also enjoys hiking and kayaking - anything outdoors! Kristina believes everyone's fitness journey is different. Regardless of the goal, she likes being able to be there to help achieve it. She truly enjoy motivating and helping people reach goals that they may have thought were unattainable.

Erika’s passion for running, which started at a young age, allowed her to compete at a Division 1 University. Her desire for overall fitness has expanded to include weight training, swimming and cycling to develop into a competitive triathlete. Erika looks forward to improving a client’s endurance, strength and skill by providing a variety of challenging exercises. She believes everyone has the potential to be and do whatever they put their minds to. Her number one goal is to help clients reach goals that may seem impossible in a challenging, fun, but rewarding way!
Rachel Sidney
