Personal Training Available High Quality

At Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center, our nationally certified personal trainers will customize a fitness plan to meet your individual health needs, budget and schedule. Our trainers can provide expert guidance for individuals with a variety of needs and goals including weight loss, increasing strength and endurance, toning, reducing stress, sports performance, chronic disease management and more!

We have a NEW private personal training studio now available at the fitness center. The studio offers a more private, one on one workout experience with a trainer. 



Packages & Terms

Personal training is available for members and non-members as well as for individuals, partners and small groups. We have variety of 30 and 60 minute packages to choose from as well as our discounted FireStarter package for new members. Sessions expire 6 months from the date of use of the first session and members must provide a 12-hour notice for cancellation or the session will be forfeited.
