Packages & Terms

Personal training is available for members and non-members as well as for individuals, partners and small groups. We have variety of 30 and 60 minute packages to choose from as well as our discounted FireStarter package for new members. Sessions expire 6 months from the date of use of the first session and members must provide a 12-hour notice for cancellation or the session will be forfeited.

Several of his favorite exercise "tools" include Physioballs, Medicine Balls, Kettelbells, Resistance Bands and TRX straps – all of which are designed to improve functional balance, strength, mobility and stability.
